The Registered Office of the JIA RICE MILL is situated at Plot 44, Sharada Industrial Estate, Phase 1, by Freedom Radio, Kano, Nigeria

Commencement of the Partnership 

The Company commenced business on the 4th of February 2020

Objectives of the Company

• To carry on the business of rice trading and commodities trading marketing, sales and distribution of rice and commodities.
• To carry on business as rice millers, planters, sellers, buyers, marketers, processors, packagers, harvesters, farmers and distributors of rice and allied services of all kinds and exporters
• To carry on business as rice paddies, millers and processors.
• To carry on the business of rice farming, agricultural mechanized farming and a gro allied products and to produce fertilizers for crops.
• To carry on business as farmers, farm produces merchants and to engage in all or any of the activates of producing, supplying, preserving, processing, storing distributing or marketing of rice produce and products.
• To carry on business of sale and purchase of machineries and commodities of all kinds and description either by buying, selling, letting or hiring to other companies.

PLACE OF BUSINESS 

The principal place where businesses of the Company are carried on at the moment, is located at Kano (Head  Office). We have  other  work station  within and outside Nigeria. The  Company  is able to  meet this unique feat through robust networking and relationship with other rice poducers across the globe.
